Chicken Quesadilla


Ingredients
Boneless chicken breast fillet
Whipped cream cheese
Monterey Jack cheese
Cheddar Cheese
Jalapeno
Taco seasoning
Salt
Tortilla

Directions
1. Cook chicken breast then shred it and season it with taco seasoning and salt. Refrigerate for 30 mins. 

2. Mix chicken with whipped cream cheese, Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese. Then put the mix on the tortilla, add more grated Monterey Jack cheese and top it with jalapenos. Fold the tortilla and cook it in a pan.
3. Serve with salsa dip or sour cream.
