Ingredients
Mixture 1: Mix ½ cup mustard, ¼ cup apple juice, and 2-3 cloves of garlic (minced)
Mixture 2: Mix bread crumbs, 1 cup parmesan cheese, 2 tbsp. butter (melted), 1/4 tsp salt, 1/8 tsp pepper and 1 tbsp parsley flakes.
Directions
1. Preheat the oven 375 F.
2. Dip and coat chicken breasts in the mixture 1, and then in the mixture 2.
3. In a baking dish, bake the chicken for 20-30 minutes or until browned.
4. Serve with pasta; in a bowl mix melted butter, olive oil, lemon juice and garlic powder, toss the pasta to coat, then sprinkle with oregano.
