Ingredients
Beef Meatballs (you can get them in any asian grocery store)
Glass noodles or egg noodles (either one you like best, they're available in asian grocery store too)
Beef broth
Chopped parsley
Fried Shallots
Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper
Directions
1. Soak the glass noodles in a hot water for 5-10 mins, drain and set aside.
2. Add in beef broth, garlic powder, salt, pepper, and the meatballs in a pan and bring to boil.
3. To serve it, put a desired amount of glass noodle in a bowl, pour the meatball soup over it, add in a dash of ketchup and sweet soy sauce, then sprinkle with chopped parsley and fried shallots.
