Onion Chicken

Recipe from my maid back in Indonesia.

Ingredients
1 Onion, sliced
3 cloves of garlic, sliced
3 tbsp. teriyaki sauce
150 ml water
1 tsp. corn starch (dilute in a little bit of water)
Salt and Pepper
Oil

Directions

1. Sautee the onion and garlic in a skillet until fragrant.
2. Add in chicken and cook until the chicken browned.
3. Stir in water, teriyaki sauce, salt, pepper and cook for a few minutes.
4. Add in the corn starch mix and stir until the sauce is thickened. 
5. Serve with jasmine rice.
